WWW Virtual Reality operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through our Contact page.

- Contact enquiries: your name, email address and message when you use the Contact page.
- Comments: where comments are enabled, the information entered in the comment form, IP address and browser user-agent information used for moderation and spam prevention.
- Technical information: server logs and security information such as IP address, browser, device type, requested pages, referring page, date and time.
- Cookie choices: preferences recorded by any consent mechanism used on the site.
- Affiliate information: clicks on clearly identified affiliate links and aggregated referral or purchase information supplied by participating retailers or affiliate networks.
Contact form enquiries
The Contact page asks for a name, email address and message. WPForms processes the submission so we can receive and respond to the enquiry, maintain appropriate correspondence records and prevent spam or abuse. Contact-form details are not added to a marketing list unless separate consent is requested and given.
Why we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, moderate comments, prevent spam and abuse, maintain necessary records, understand technical performance and measure eligible affiliate referrals.

Google Site Kit and Omnisend are installed on the staging website but are not currently connected, and no Google Analytics service is currently active. Embedded third-party content may operate under the provider’s own cookie and privacy terms.
Comments and Gravatar
Where comments are enabled, an anonymised string created from an email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine whether the commenter uses it. After an approved comment, a profile image may be visible publicly beside the comment. Gravatar is operated by Automattic.
External and affiliate links
The site may link to external websites and retailers. Affiliate links may contain tracking identifiers used to attribute eligible purchases. External websites are responsible for their own privacy practices, and visitors should review their policies before providing information.
Who information may be shared with
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, website security, caching, spam prevention, form delivery and email. Current services may include Hostinger, WPForms, LiteSpeed and Akismet/Automattic. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we expect appropriate safeguards to be used in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
